"The servuces at d hotel were beliw expectation. The breakfast is far beliw standard. The staff are not trustworthy as they initially denied any relationships with the booking agency I used, including the payment I made until I shiwed them the receipt. I paid for extra breakfast but that was denied me by the hotel staff. "I was told when i went there i was booking for a standard room n i asked if it included breakfast the guy said yes. That didn't happen we were declined breakfast saying someone else put that online n they refused to hive it to us. We asked for standard room n i booked that but some how the guy gave us a suite i didn't know there was nothing special about it to tell. "Vinpy does not acknowledge Expedia as a partner, and demanded payment on checking in. On contacting Expedia, both parties cannot come to a satisfactory solution. Expedia offering £35 compensation for the inconvenience, Vinpy taking full payment. At this moment, no refunds yet from Expedia. Their advert for complimentary breakfast is false, they insist that means breakfast for One, despite room booked for two. Breakfast often cold and unattended. Also all inclusive advert is false. Nothing of the sort. DO NOT BOOK. "
